Our three-channel
remote entry system independently releases driver and
passenger side door, and trunk, or independently controls up and down window
and comes with the receiver, two transmitters, sealed emergency switch and
your choice of actuators or 35 pounds solenoids. Also the
system
deactivates when the ignition is on for safety.
What kit do I need to open my door(s)?
Newer vehicles
(1988 and up) using our kit with actuators work fine. You may
have to release the tension on the latch and make sure that you hook the
actuator up to the outside handle activation rod and not use the one for the
inside door release.
For older vehicles,
we designed a specific solenoid for these applications. Our
special solenoid has 35 no BS pounds. of torque and is built in an ISO 9000
and
QS 9000 certified production facility.
What does this mean?
It was designed
for use in the harsh automotive environment and it is not a
rebuilt starter solenoid, in addition its life cycle rating is over 100,000
cycles.
It will open your door and last the life of your vehicle.
Why is your door "popper" longer than others that I have seen?
We enclosed
the rear of the popper so it can not mar wiring in the pillar of the
vehicle or get caught on something. In the testing of the other poppers on
the
market our popper is shorter than theirs once it is compressed. In addition
to
our unit is made from billet aluminum and stainless steel to resist corrosion.
