We Accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, Money Order and Personal/Business Checks.
Our credit card transactions are protected by SSL. The system goes into security mode when you finalize your order. Because SSL is encrypting the data as it is sent, the response time of the server may decrease as you complete your order.
If paying by Credit Card, we will ONLY ship it to the billing address of that credit card. This is ususally the address where the bank statement is sent. Failure to supply the propper billing address will prolong your order.

Return Policy
All products must be returned in original purchase condition, with all manuals, accessories and the Commando Alarms online sales receipt and credit card receipt within 30 days of purchase. Returned orders with items missing will either be refused or the missing item amount deducted from the credit.
Please pack returns carefully (using the packaging it came with) and use a traceable method of shipment (USPS return receipt or UPS Ground is probably the most inexpensive). Once we get back the goods we'll credit your account for the price of the goods minus a 15% restocking fee and the initial shipping charges.

Products listed in our catalog are immediately available for shipping. We can have product shipped to you in three to seven business days. Sometimes it can be quicker, but use the 3-7 number as an "average".
In the 48 contiguous states of the USA the shipping charge is just $8.50 for most items! (unless specified on larger sized items)
International Shipping
If you live in a foreign country, we'll check all of the specifics of your order and then contact you about the details. There are customs rules about shipping certain items and other regulations which are specific depending on country. We also need to find out from you as to which is the best shipping method for your country. |
